The Hills & Fort group had a humble beginning when Hills & Fort Landscape L.L.C.(HFL) was founded in the year 2003 to contribute to the demand of the landscape and irrigation Industry of the Dubai Market. Having an impressive list of projects to their credit, HFL expanded the client base at a very rapid pace. HFL positioned itself as one of the preferred contractors for small scale landscape and irrigation projects with over 200 employees. Having the highest per capita expenditure on construction in the world, next to Japan, the construction industry in UAE offered immense potential to builders all around the world! As a result, UAE has become a melting pot of cutting-edge technology, latest products, Architectural concepts, and last but not the least, Culture! This created a new range of needs and wants which in turn changed the very landscape of the construction industry!
With the advent of new challenges in the industry, Infrastructure works not being an exemption, HFL proactively made decisive steps and ventured into infrastructure industry. This gave birth to Hills & Fort Construction L.L.C.(HFC) in 2005. Today, with over 350 employees, HFC is actively involved in large scale infrastructure works related to Drainage & Irrigation net work, Road related works, and Steel structures. In the year 2007, HFC signed a joint venture agreement with a company based in Qatar to form Hills and Fort – Denver J.V. to undertake Electro-Mechanical projects in the United Arab Emirates.
Foreseeing the rising demand for the supply of various materials & equipment in the region, in 2007 Hills & Fort decided to expand its activities by realigning and allocating more resources to form its trading arm, Hills & Fort General Trading (HFGT). The growth of HFGT was enviable as it started dealing with various renowned brands under its umbrella within a short span of time.
The last fiscal year the group shows an impressive gross revenue of US$40 million , with the advent of the trading division in addition to the revised targets of the respective companies within the group, our gross revenue target is aimed at US$60 million.

Ahmed Nasser Abdullah Al Nasser(Chairman and CEO)
Hailing from a renowned and reputed business family , Mr.Ahmed Nasser successfully owns and manages a chain of pharmacies, real estate business , large scale food produce and various other businesses. He heads all operations of the business related to liaising with government and private administrative bodies to ensure bureaucratic hurdles are diplomatically removed to pave way for successful business operation.

Mr. Joseph Inigo
Having a Masters in Commerce, Mr. Joseph heads HFL since the beginning. With over 25 years experience in Bahrain and U.A.E., in various managerial capacities, he has been playing a lead role in the group’s strategy to venture out to the other Middle Eastern countries. |

A graduate in Civil Engineering, with over 20 years construction industry experience, Mr. Charles heads HFC successfully. He has held various prominent roles in a multi-million dollar international construction company in Dubai. Committed to the vision of the group, Mr. Charles is a very proactive director committed to customer delight. |

Mr. Robin M. Stephen
An Australian national with a Masters degree in Business Administration, Mr. Robin heads HFGT since its inception. A born entrepreneur, Mr. Robin has several feathers in his cap for signing landmark deals for his employer in Singapore and Australia. He also owns other businesses in Australia. |

An Engineering graduate with over 18 years experience in construction projects, Mr. Eapen has an impressive career exposure to his credit. His attention to details and meticulous approach to situations strengthens the organization as he heads the Quantity surveying team of the group. |

An Engineering graduate with over 14 years experience in project management, Mr. Charles has spent a considerable part of his career in the middle East region. With a high standard of client oriented attitude, he heads the Project Management team of the group. |

A graduate in Finance, Mr. Sunil has over 16 years experience in Bahrain and Dubai as Accounts and Finance manager. He heads the Finance department of the group.
